Chitose Air Base / Shin-Chitose Airport: Chitose Airbase is the home of the 2nd Air Wing which operates F-15J/DJ fighters.
Misawa Air Base: Misawa Air Base is the HQ of JASDF Northern Air Defense Force and is home of JASDF 3rd Air Wing, United States Air Force 35th Fighter Wing.
The Air Base is also used as a civilian airport.
It has AN/FLR-9, Wullenweber gigantic antenna.

Matsushima Air Base: Matsushima Air Base is the Headquarter of the 4th Air Wing which includes the 11th Squadron, is known for the aerobatic demonstration team Blue Impulse.
